/api/addrs/{id}/get_address_by_type/

Get parent address by type.

For example, we have house number with id 194, and we need to get its street.

Then we can: GET: /api/addrs/194/get_address_by_type/?addr_type=8

addr_type:

• 0 - Unknown
• 4 - Locality
• 8 - Street
• 12 - House
• 16 - Office number
• 20 - Building
• 24 - Корпус
• 64 - Other
